SHIPPING  

By providing your personal identification number (PIN) during checkout, you can confirm any exceptions to our policies. Our domestic shipping usually takes about 3-8 days to arrive at the destination. Once dispatched, we will promptly notify you via email or text and provide a consignment number for your reference. After signing in to your account on our website, you can check the progress of your order by visiting the "Profile" section.   
 

ORDERS CAN BE SPLIT  

If multiple items are in your order, we may split the shipment into various parts for faster fulfilment without charging any supplementary fees.   
 

CANCELLATIONS  

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by accessing your account on our website and selecting the 'Order' section. If we encounter any issues in shipping or fulfilling your order, we will notify you via email or text about the cancellation. Once the order has been dispatched, however, cancellation is not feasible.
